Fantastica is one of the solid and traditional magic tricks that remains modern. You hand the audience a regular Coca-Cola bottle (or Fanta etc. can of course also be used) with a silk scarf placed inside. Ask a spectator to unscrew the tight-fitting cap and pull out the scarf. The cap is screwed onto the empty bottle. And a sleeve is placed over the empty bottle.
You grab the scarf and let it disappear (*). Now the sleeve is lifted and there – inside the bottle – is the disappearing scarf. Wow – and an extra wow when the audience realizes that the cap is still on the bottle. The audience is allowed to free the scarf.
You receive a holster, scarf + a cunning secret. You have to deliver the empty bottle with the cap yourself. But here’s the best part. This mini-illusion is not at all difficult to perform – and it’s magic that works every time.
The trick is also known by the name Silkola.
