Imagine being able to magically conjure up a real BURGER and POMMES FRITES from a menu! Or a PRINGLES can and a SNICKERS bar! Or a set of HEAD PHONES. Now you can customize this clever version 2.0 of the trick to other objects or menus – just as you like.
Made with the finest materials, very strong with a matte finish that is made to last a long time!
A classic magic trick has been given a major update. Ingeniously conceived for the modern age by George Iglesias. Inspired by a U.F. Grant effect invented in 1945, known as the Temple Screen. The trick has been completely redesigned with 5 panels instead of 4 plus 7 neodymium magnets that help this effect work perfectly.
Get amazing reactions! A trick that fits the saying: Packs flat – plays big!
Ideal for restaurant magic, but can be used on stage, in salons, in front of children, for comedy and much more!
Ready to use! Comes with the ready-to-use menu and downloadable and printable files: a snack catalog and a technology catalog. Yes, and you can now customize it however you like to suit your show.
You get a link to the online instructional video with all new handlings and ideas.
Effect 1: (burger and fries)
Show a menu card from both sides. The card shows different meals and options, then show the three main courses of the menu and ask your audience to name their favorite menu. Turn the menu inside out, fold it into a triangle, reach inside and magically pull out a real burger and fries from the menu. Now open the menu to show that the image of the burger and fries is gone!
Effect 2: (Pringles and Snickers)
Show a snack menu from both sides, showing different food items and options, then show the three main snacks on the menu and ask your audience to name their favorite snack. Turn the menu inside out, fold it into a triangle, reach inside and magically pull out a real Pringles can and a Snickers bar. Now open the menu to show that the image of the Pringles and Snickers bar is gone!
Effect 3: (Headphones)
Show a catalog with different technical items from both sides. Then show the three most important electronic items in the catalog. Now ask your audience to name their favorite effect. Turn the catalog inside out, fold it into a triangle, put your hand inside and pull up real headphones. Now open the catalog to show that the picture of the headphones is gone!
Effect 4 and +: (Customize it to anything you like)
With Food to Go 2. 0, you’ll learn from the video how to customize the menu to produce whatever you want!
“This a great pack-flat play-big routine. You can also show both sides of the menu and there is nothing for the audience to see. This could certainly be a great opening routine, although it doesn’t have to be. This is something that is great for kids performers and adults. There are lots of ways you can use this and it would also make a great MC routine. I like the idea of coming out to introduce an act, and say you’ve been running behind all day with no chance of getting a bite to eat, then produce the burger and fries.”
