A really cute little trick. It doesn’t take up much space in the suitcase and it doesn’t take up much space in the performance, but try to see the audience’s reaction. Here’s how I use it: My mom thinks drinking milk is incredibly healthy. So healthy that I have to drink a glass of milk every morning and evening. You take a big glass filled with milk and show it to her and look at it very skeptically. You are a model son, at least in your own eyes, and would never think of not doing what mom says. When you have to drink a glass of milk, of course you do it. You smile a little, take a very small glass out of your pocket and smile. You pour the entire large glass of milk into the very small glass, smile, put your neck back and drink the entire contents of the small glass. Both glasses are empty and you were a sweet and good son – in an easy and magical way.
