Wand Explosion: You show a small box full of small wands. You explain that it’s always good to have plenty of magic wands in your show. As you hold the box, one of the wands slowly starts to lift out of the box. You push it down, but it rises up again. You can control this yourself at all times.
You get help from an assistant on stage. You explain to the helper that there is a magic spell that turns off the magic in the wands so that they stand completely still. Together with the helper, you shout the spell and all the wands suddenly explode out of the box and onto the floor. Oh no! I must have given you the wrong spell.
You get the assistant to help you retrieve the wands and put them back in the box. However, one keeps falling out of the bottom, so you tell him/her that “You’re missing one.” When he/she hands it to you, another one falls out of the bottom. This is great fun for the kids!
When all the wands are finally placed in the box, the child chooses one of the wands to use when you perform the next trick and the helper then receives the wand as a gift as a thank you for being a good helper.
Comes complete with a custom-built PVC box, the necessary gimmicks so that the wands can lift out of the box, make an explosion and fall through the box. Also included are 12 mini plastic wands and a detailed explanation in English.
